In 1970, I went into business after the sudden death of my father, a barber, in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. After a short time, working as a stylist in his barbershop, I moved my business to "Five Points" Montgomeryville, PA. Hair Apropos moved to Springhouse, PA for the next 20 years and built its success on the premise that people would come if my staff members were well educated, delivered consistently good cut and color work, anticipated our clients ever-changing needs, and charged fair market prices in a convenient location.

In 1995, I came home to my roots (no pun intended) in Chalfont, PA and situated Hair Apropos at "The Commons of Highpoint" Business Center. I am proud to say that my original premise is still working which is why my techical stylists still receive the highest level of training, the product lines are hip, trendy, and cutting edge and the newest additions...the "Bali-Inspired" Spa are widely acclaimed as "Bucks County's most beautifully decorated." People lead busy lives today and Hair Apropos is excited to offer everything from a great cut and color to the highest level of beauty and wellness achievable for each individual client. As a full service Salon, Spa and Medi-Spa, Hair Apropos focuses on customized services and results-oriented treatments.
